Thanks for the answers, ladies. I'm hoping it's from overtraining and not overeating! My clothing seems to be getting tight in the butt and legs ... too much kickboxing, I think.
Hi Cathe. Is it possible to gain weight from overtraining? I do your weight and kick box tapes 4-5 days a week and also teach a women's strength training class 2 times a week ... I fit in cardio about 3 times a week ... is that too much? Could the weight gain be from muscle?
