    LIHI Legs premix w/abs

    I just did this premix and thought I would share how much I enjoyed it. Cathe does the weighted exercise, then the cardio (contrast) exercise, then she splices in an abs exercise from Bonus Abs 1 or Bonus Abs 2. LOVED it!     Work out Cards for X-train ready yet?

    It is a bit frustrating that the cards are not ready yet. I spent a whole day doing 1RM testing and now I have to sit with a calculator determining what 75% of my1rm is for each exercise.

    Finishing Meso 2 this week - what next after Meso 3?

    I am at Meso 2 week 3 and am already starting to wonder about this question. If I do decide to start another round of STS, I am thinking I might skip Meso 1 for fear that I might lose my strength gains with all the body weight work, pushups etc...

    Constantly surprised

    Hi, Last Tango: I am starting Week 3 of Meso 2, and I am like you. I am really surprised by my strength gains already. I was benching 55 the other day and am heading toward a 1RM of 70 -- wow! Never thought I could ge that much weight up over my chest, esp. for multiple reps. Good luck...
