It's short and the premixes are even shorter but still a good workout.
Not all high impact but still a calorie burner.
Not terribly difficult, but still interesting after 3 years.
i also tend to like the tapes were all the sections come together at the end.
I didn't know other people acutally liked RS.
It and step blast are my favorites!
once you get it down, it's like (snap) that. And complexity makes it interesting. ;)
