How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I think Cathe's workout are just great. I workoing out with her since 2012 and I juste love her.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Beacause her workouts challenge me every time and they are complete. It works every muscle groupes of my body : chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, quadriceps. And the cardio exercises are just great. Sometimes, I must do my own modifications because my back is painful sometimes and I am asthmatic. But I do the best I can.

Turbo Fire from Beachbody and Stott Pilates. But since I am working out with Cathe, I not do that very often.
My Fitness Goals
I think I am working out to be the best version of myself and to be an exemple for my daughter, my hysband, my coworkers and everyone that I can inspire.
My Success Story
I lost 80 pounds. I am very proud of myself. To me, is an accomplishment.
