I LOVE Cycle Max! The scrambled premix is awesome too. :) I would buy any spin workouts Cathe does...but then again I buy EVERYTHING Cathe does.

I love the fact that these workouts are completely different than all of Cathe's other stuff...I have pretty much her entire collection so LIS is refreshing. I love all the lateral movements which I'm sure are helping my legs. Cathe never ceases to amaze me with her...
Intensity would be a great sub for any IMAX. I also think Cardio Core Circuit works pretty well as it is really intense. Afterburn too. I love that we have lots of choices. :)

I had fun ballerina-ing today. :) I was running a bit short on time as I had a xmas party tonight so I did the Express #2 premix - it was 57 minutes and did the trick nicely.
I've been very impressed with the premixes in this series. They are very well thought out.

Hubby and I have done Mesos 1 and 2 at the gym. We take our workout cards on a clipboard with us - the clipboard we have also has a compartment that I can keep my band, firewalker loop, gloves, etc in.
