How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Accidentally, I had ordered The Firm series and it just was not challenging enough. A reviewer mentioned Cathe so I started searching.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe gives me the challenge I need in my workouts, she's like a personal trainer at home.
Where I work out most often
Both Home & Gym
Other Workout DVDs that I own
Lots of The Firm series (until I discovered Cathe) some of Tamilee Webb (good but none are cardio), and Rodney Yee yoga.
My Fitness Goals
Stay in condition so that I can play my sports and exercise without fatigue or injury.
My Success Story
I've always been active, so being injury free for the majority of my life is something I consider successful.
