- Other Workout DVDs that I own
- Lots of The Firm series (until I discovered Cathe) some of Tamilee Webb (good but none are cardio), and Rodney Yee yoga.

- Stay in condition so that I can play my sports and exercise without fatigue or injury.

- I've always been active, so being injury free for the majority of my life is something I consider successful.
