    Boot Camp - My oh my!

    You guys are crazy! I tried boot camp last night, and while I did make it through eventually -- I could not say it was FUN. It KILLED me, by the 4th cycle, I had to pause for 30 seconds in between every exercise. That'll be my goal, to be able to say I enjoyed this!

    I'm getting prepared for these new DVDs! I see the recommended equipment includes both a stability and medicine ball. How do I figure out what the best size/weight is? I just ran to Sport Mart and saw balls in 55cm, 65cm, and 75cm sizes. And the medicine balls ranged from 4 lbs to 12 lbs...
