Barrel racer

I am 54, I wanted to be in shape to ride our horses after my girls went to college. To barrel race, you need core strength and balance. I hit the gym, lost 40 pounds and started doing what I love- barrel racing. Since menopause I have gained 10 pounds back. I would like to lose 20 pounds- goal weight of 155.
