That sounds like a great routine. I actually have been working out twice a day, I have about 30-35 minutes at lunchtime and then I workout again in the evening.
Which of Cathe's workouts do you use in this 5 day routine?

Yesterday I did my 2nd day of Cathe's workouts, Basic Step and upper body workout from Total Body Sculpting.

That is a great question and definitely something that I am interested in also. I am new to Cathe's workouts and would need an beginner/intermediate 5 days a week rotation.

Thank you! Do these that you suggested also include weight training? I was to get into a balanced routine of cardio and weights. I have already lost 15 lbs and want to lose another 15 lbs and to tone.

I plan for working out twice a day, once during my lunch break. I get 45 minutes for lunch but I would like a 30 minute workout to give me time to change and clean up before going back to work. I plan on doing my 2nd wokrout in the evenings after work. I will have about 30-45 minutes available...
