    Thanks!! Tomorrow is burn sets bi's and tri's; going to try and up my weight from last week's round. I actually skipped my rest day which was supposed to be yesterday 'cause I'm going to be gone all weekend with zero access to Cathe, so after tomorrow I'll pick up my workouts again on Monday...

    Just finished Low Impact HIIT. Wowee, my legs are burning, who thought to put HIIT a day after the 80 minute leg workout?! Another thought, for those who aren't quite impressed with this workout as a cardio workout, perhaps instead of doing low impact, some of the exercises could be done...
