My Fitness Goals
Improve my posture with the Bar Method and ballet bar workouts. They have been excellent in getting my posture back to when I was younger. This is complimenting my weight w/os. Also, I lifted heavy for 5 years and it didn't give me great results so I am going back to light high rep workouts that compliment my Bar workouts. Also, I am stretching more after and during my workouts.
