Hi, this will probably be my third time trying to find out why some equipment is no longer for sale, ie. weighted vest, weighted gloves, and sts tower. The workouts that use these pieces of equipment are still for sale, however the equipment itself is not. I would like to know why, thank you.

I'm curious as to why these items are no longer for sale..If you have them in your workouts then why would you get rid of them? I'm sure there are some people that are just purchasing your STS workout and would like to have the equipment that you use, but no luck because you no longer carry them.

I too have had problems...I changed the ratio and nothing changed, I made sure my tv was accepting the 16:9 ratio and still nothing changed, then snm tried to say that if we watch the older dvd's in 16:9 ratio, everyone would look squashed, but they don't. The older dvd's (including STS) look...

Thanks for the input everyone...boy, I think it will be hard to not do any workout dvd's, but I do like yoga and have quite a few of those too so maybe I'll focus on those.

Also, when I changed the ratio back to 16:9 and viewed the older dvd's, the people didn't looked squashed like you said they should. I have never with any of the other dvd's had to change anything on my dvd player or television.

Hi everyone! I am just about to start STS and I was wondering what the "active recovery week" is really supposed to include. Am I supposed to just do cardio and maybe some ab work or am I supposed to do some light weights too?
