HI, I'm thinking about getting either PUB/PLB or SS/PP. I'd like to know what the premixes are on each, before I order. Is there someplace that lists the premixes and their lengths? Thanks, Anabelle

Yes, yes, yes!!!!! I'd love a good workout to use with my rebounder. I'm so diappointed with the few that are out there. A Cathe rebounder video would be great!!!!!!!!!!!! Anabelle:7
