<Beavs, I love the book on that site: "Drunk, Divorced & Covered in Cat Hair.">
I am not a knitter of any sort. Do you still think I would appreciate this book. I sure do love the blog...and the cast of kitty cats that grace its pages ;-)
RE: Maybe the
Sorry, I don't intend to be rude but when I read such supposed "content" sounds far more like alarmist coffee klatsch than actual informed discussion. No one said aspartame is required in anyone's diet nor can anyone scientifically say people are dropping dead like flies from...
It did nothing for me personally. I'm just not enamored with Tracey's workouts. I guess I'm a bad source...
Also, you might want to check out collagevideo.com as they have comments on the workout.
RE: Maybe the

You seem to have a fascination with the word suck...and how many Gulf War soldier "sucked" down Diet Cokes? Can you cite any direct evidence of a link...
I did see Crossroads when it first aired and it was great. I was impressed with Tal as well. In the days of American Idol is refreshing to see some real musicianship (is that a word??).
Seriously, I wouldn't take him/her/it seriously....but I think he is an amusing troll, who so happens to be shredded and ripped and gets normally rational people to take him seriously. And I can't believe no one knows John Basedow...
Now let's talk butts and Guts
I think Ruserious is a big rip. :7 I wonder if he has big ol' pecks like John Basedow? All one has to go is google up a few pics of Mr. Basedow to know that dude is serious! Hooooo-raaaaa!
