Cathe Live--request for a "bring-back" exercise.........

Cathe, in an older Live, actually one of your birthday workouts (with the little unicorn headband) you did a different spin on the Curl Press combo exercise. The one where you do one arm, then the other, then doubles, etc. maybe you'll remember the one I'm talking about. It's so different and one of my favorite "combos"....Maybe down the road, in a Live upper body workout, you could bring this combo back..(with or without your unicorn! :) Thanks.

ETA: While I'm on a roll, and this one isn't as old, the Figure 8's with the weights. (the batons one :))
I think that one is in Upper Body Power Sculpt.
 
Cathe, thanks for the Curl Press in the latest live, it is "almost" the one I was talking about....the one I
love is in Upper Body Birthday Party (unicorn) workout, it's one arm curl press, then other, then 3 curls both and curl press and stay at the top, then alternate curl press in reverse, down, down, up, up, then stay up for
3 overhead presses together and then down, down and start all over. I've done it so many times, I can say it in my sleep, I think!
