Fitnessfreak's January Rotation for January 6, 2009

Hi bayerngirl,

I usually workout in the evenings. I try to workout at 4pm but its lately been working out to be later like 7,8, or sometimes 9pm or so.

I've never been to Germany. I've been to Australia twice and love it there. I'd sometime like to see Europe. I'm sure you enjoy it there.

While I have your attention, maybe you could give me your opinion and enable me. I was thinking of buying either Crosstrain Xpress or Body Blast Timesaver. Do you have either of these? If so, what do you think of each? Which is the better of the two? I do like challenging cardio and like step and kickboxing. I realize that Timesaver is patterned after CTX, but CTX is older, more expensive. Just curious what your thoughts are on this.

I'm off to go make homemade soup for dinner, then workout.

Late check in to report Imax 3 done. I really like jumping on and off the step. My son who is home visiting didn't appreciate hearing me at 4:30 am, though! Oh well, weights tomorrow and that will be a lot quieter.

Good Evening Everyone and Debbie!:D

Today's workout: I did Low Max with 8inch step, Premix #1 - Intervals 1-4= 45min. I did S,P,J Abs only chapter= 6 min, and Perfect Core- Abs Sculpt= 5 min.

I felt good about this workout. It didn't seem to tough, its been awhile since I did Low Max, its still a keeper.

I know this is late. I did do cardio and abs. I am still on board but I had to change my workout schedule a lot. I was working out late morning or early afternoon but that is not going to work for me anymore. My daughter is now training to go to the Olympics in diving and it is a grueling and demanding schedule. I am home schooling her full time now to accomadate her schedule so she can go for this whole heartedly. After discussing the schedule and telling my DH that I need at least an hour in the evening to workout even though all the other children may be needing me, he and i agreed that evenings would be best for me to workout. so now I am posting way into the wee hours yet I am still here.
Don't think for a moment that I have forgotten about any of you.

Just a quick question and comment. I noticed that many of you use Cardio Coach including Debbie. I have never heard of that, could you please explain what that is and how it is used? Do you need to have a treadmill to use it? I was just curious after reading everyone's check-ins.;)
