Happy March Cathletes! We’ve been working hard for the last couple of months and this month is no exception! Let’s give our muscles a metabolic butt kickin’ with a mix of total body and upper/lower split weight workouts and mixed cardio in a range of intensities! As always, eat well, drink plenty of water and get adequate rest to keep your body fueled and ready to go!
