Great News! Our Roadtrip is ON! As you know we've been working diligently on alternate arrangements for our upcoming Daytona Roadtrip. We've reached an agreement with another equally beautiful beachfront hotel to hold the Roadtrip on our originally scheduled dates of Oct 6-8, 2017. We received the contract a few hours ago, but we can't release the name of the "event hotel" until all of the details have been finalized. This should happen on Monday or Tuesday.
An important note to our early birds, this hotel is completely booked Thursday night, but we have made arrangements with another hotel to accommodate you if you plan to arrive on Thursday. We'll provide a free shuttle for you on Friday morning to bring you to the "event hotel" for the duration of the Roadtrip. We'll have more details on room reservations early next week when the hotel has everything ready for you to register. Once we give the go ahead, please make sure you tell the "event hotel" that you are part of the Cathe Roadtrip as they are already holding rooms just for us. It's very important that you do this as we've had to personally guarantee every room so that the hotel would hold enough rooms for our event.
We know that any changes this late in the game can be stressful and we are doing everything we can to make this as smooth and comfortable as possible! We are grateful to still be able to host this Roadtrip and know that it will be an amazing time! I can't wait to see you all!
