add modifications for those with osteoporosis in lumbar spine

Dear Cathe,
I own all your low impact workouts and ICE series is my favorite. I am planning to order the LITE series too. I am 51 and have already been diagnosed with osteoporosis in my lumbar spine. I have to modify your ab workouts and several stretches to avoid putting pressure on my spine. If you visit the National Osteoporosis Foundation website (www.NOF.org) you can find examples of poses to avoid like V sits, bending at the waist, deep twists, anything that rounds the spine or puts pressure on the spine. (I attempted to send you the visuals. I also included the website incase the pictures don't load.)

As you design your LITE workouts, I hope you can show modifications for those of us who want to keep exercising while protecting our spines. I am sure you have lots of other customers with osteoporosis.
