If you're traveling this holiday weekend this is the perfect workout for you. In fact this workout is perfect anytime and anywhere with how little equipment is required! All you'll need to get your sweat on is 3 easy travel bands. A fitness loop, a medium tension fitness tube (with plastic handles) and a medium tension 6 foot fitness band. Fitness mat is optional. Expect a mix of cardio, band and bodyweight exercises to help keep you fit anytime, anywhere!!!
