:):)Oh how I would "appreciate" some more Step and Kick Boxing. I love both your 6" and 8" step. Rhythmic Step, Imax, LOIS/HIS, Step Moves, PRS #1 &# 2. LOVE!! Your MMA KB feels so good kicking the legs everywhere. Your KM can not be beat!! I still love steady state and athletic type step. New cardio's would be so fun!! Thank You for all your workouts!!
 
I am very glad to see someone who enjoys step, because it is still my favorite too! I really like the new Cardio Slam from S&S and all of the cardio workouts in ICE and X Train, but step routines are so fun and mentally challenging as well. Today after completing S&S PHA I popped in PR2 and did the timesaver premix that combines PR1 & PR2, and it was so fun! I smiled all the way through the warm up and had such a good time.

You ladies need to go back in time and discover the Golden Age of Cathe's step creativity. If you don't already own the CTX series, you are missing out on some fab cardio routines, especially All Step, Step & Intervals and Power Circuit:

You also need to get hold of Cardio Hits DVD which has 3 step workouts on it, of which 2 are tough and some of the best step work Cathe has ever done: Power Max and Step Works.

Yes, I do all those. I also do all the cardio premixes. Today I did "Cardio Power" KB2/BC2 c/o from the 4 Day Series. It was a blast. I want to give a shout out to PowerMax on 8" step and MIC. Both of those truly work me hard!
