Advice please....

Hi Ladies,
I would like to do a rotation with doing upper body 2x a week legs 2x and aerobic 1x or 2x a week. Any suggestions? Just wanting more work on upper and lower body, but I don't want to gain weight.
 
Monday - upper body
Tuesday - lower body
Wednesday - rest or cardio
Thursday - upper body
Friday - lower body
Saturday - rest or cardio
Sunday - rest or cardio

or

Monday - Chest, shoulders and triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back and biceps
Thursday - Rest or cardio
Friday - Chest, shoulders and triceps
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Back and biceps

or

Monday - Chest, shoulders and triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back and biceps
Thursday - Chest, shoulders and triceps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Back and biceps
Sunday - rest or cardio

These will get the job done. It's all about your recovery rate. It can be intense, or as easy as you make it. You work it for you! But, each body part is worked twice a week.

This is one of my rotation that may work for you or maybe give some ideas about planning your own. There are so many premix on Cathe dvd you can really make your own upper /lower rotation. I'm just to lazy to go trough all the premix. I made this one after reading a fitness mag about doing this type of rotation is great for fat loss/muscle build. I had good result and have done it several times. I'm sure those that use cathe rotation will chime in if she has this type of rotation

Week 1

Upper Pyramid
LIS lower body Tricet (abs Butts and Gutts)
Crossfire
LIS Upper body Tricet
Lower Pyramid (abs Butts and Gutts
Hiit 30/30 with 30 min of flexibility yoga

Week 2

RWH Upper Body Circuit
To the Max
RWH Legs with abs during circuit
Hiit pyramid / 30 yoga
Xtrain Burn set upper body
RWH lower body circuit abs after

Week 3

Upper pyramid + abs
Lower Body Blast
Tabertise
Upper Body pyramid + abs
Butts and Guts
Hiit 40/20 and yoga

week 4

Cardio Leg Blast + abs
LIS upper body tricet
Drill max
Butts and Guts
xtrain burn sets upper body
RWH pylo 1 with 30 min yoga
