When you sign up for on demand do you need to create a new account? I have an account with Cathe but on demand is not recognising my username and password, so just wondering if you need to create a different account for on demand?
I had to create a new account. I was easy, but I did keep my same password as my other Cathe account. Your user name will be your email address, everything before the @, hope that makes sense. Best of luck and enjoy, esp live.
