Hi Everyone! This rotation is all about heavier lifting and body fat loss. Shock your metabolism with this mixture of heavy weights, hiit workouts and yoga. Because of the “heavy” demands of this rotation you will have two days off per week, every other week. Eat a super clean diet along with this rotation and watch your body burn fat and your muscle lean up.

I can't thank you enough for posting these rotations year after year. I found you in 2003 when my son was 7 years old. I'm soon to be 62 and he's now 18. Can't say what kind of condition I'd be in without your rotations to keep me on track over all these years. Very grateful.
 
I hope so, I was looking for it there, too. I wish I was better at entering them, but I'm just not. ;)
