Hi Everyone,

I would like to gather everyone thoughts/suggestion for upcoming series.

I know this could sound too early and crazy having just received RwH.
This is just a discussion thread with a pool as a add on.;);)
The poll is open for 30 days.

Both suggestions have been submitted in suggestions forum box:

For me personally as much as I would like a total body program as we have not had one
in a while, I am very keen on venturing one body part pump per day at the comfort of my home!
6DS would be something new anyone has attempted for home users. This fit in well, IMHO
with Cathe reputation. ;-)

This thread is really an opportunity to discuss what we enjoy doing--- a FUN PUMP:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I suggest that ALL workouts come with premixes enabling TWO day split.
I wish you had added two day split in the poll. For example today I did RWH both upper bodies, and Tomorrow RWH lower body because I probably won't be able to wo again till next week.

Glad you commented and expressed your suggestion.
2 days split is not common. It is feasible for occasional home exerciser though.

Let's see what other cathletes thinks about your suggestion.

Thank you Natalie, nice of you to say that.
I have been working out every week (with few exceptions) since 1993. From two to 6 days a week. Lately a minimum of two days due to longer work+commute hours. I never know at the beginning of the week if i'm going to be able to work out two or three or four or five or six days that week. Difficult to plan ahead.

I am still keen and torn between a 6days split and a total body compound pure weight lifting program.

Karen, I won't argue with you for demanding more exercise with the use of Barbell ;-)
Joking...:D:D:D. Yes I love Barbell

While we are on this upcoming suggestion topic, I would like to give more details on my suggestion.
6 days would consist of:

  • Chest.
  • Shoulders Front and Mid delt.
  • Back& Rear delt.
  • Biceps and Triceps.
  • Leg/Glutes focusing the front of the leg/QUAD.
  • Leg/Glutes focusing on the back/HAM.
The weekly order wouldn't need/have to be as listed above.
Yes I am thinking about shoulders assistance. Yes we could end up working shoulders twice
but within 48 hours ;);):).
What do you think?;-)
