Easiest Cinnamon Bun (not) recipe

Bake Asian yams (I prefer the Japanese varieties: one has reddish skin with yellow white flesh and the other has white skin with deep blue flesh). Bake them by your preferred method.
When cooled enough to handle, slice them into single servings sizes, sprinkle both sides with cinnamon and put in a bowl. You can also put a dollop of coconut oil or manna on each slice prior to the cinnamon for a richer treat.
Let them sit for a day (refrigerated) and that's it......you will think you are eating a comforting cinnamon bun like Mom used to make.
