Even Jon was put
In the spotlight a bit,
When it was time to check out
His "Official Labor Coach Kit."

After the last VFer
Headed out the door,
Did anyone watching Cathe Cam
Catch Cathe vacuuming the floor?

Our Sunday morning workout
Began with power step.
I'm surprised at that early hour
We all had enough pep!

Then on to kickboxing...
Our legs were on fire!
But that slavedriver Cathe

said,
"Kick higher! Kick higher!"

The sweat poured down
As we gave it our best.
But even with her Buddha belly
Cathe still kicked the highest!

Off to PB's for brunch,
Where we chatted up a storm.
Who says people you meet online
Can't be this friendly and warm?!

The food was terrific
But Cathe's really looked delish --
It was Cleda's favorite,
That waffles & ice cream dish!

Time to say farewell,
It went by too fast.
Hopefully, this poem
Will help the memories last.

But we'll come back someday
To meet that bundle of joy,
That in-utero kickboxer,
Cathe and Jon's bouncing baby boy!
