Learn How To Program Your DVD Player

If you have purchased a DVD player that allows you to "program", you can mix and match different sections of our DVD's with almost unlimited possibilities. Programming will not only allow you to customize your workouts for your specific needs, but will also give new life and energy to older workouts that you may have already tired of. To program your DVD Player you will need to know the "title" and "chapter" number of each section you would like to do. You can find this information by clicking on the DVD you are interested in below. Then just follow the directions in your players manual.
