For those of you who are not affected by workout time and want an extra tough workout.... meet the Terminator!
The Terminator was made by taking different sections from the Intensity workouts and mixing them in a new  and unique way to challenge your body  like never before.

 


 

The Terminator   

 

The Terminator contains three compilations from our new Intensity series, called:  The Gauntlet, Imax Xtreme &  The Viper.

The Gauntlet:
one Imax2 interval + one Boot Camp lower body + one Cardio & Weights compound weights + one Boot Camp upper body + one Boot camp cardio..... Then repeat this pattern 7 times doing different exercises each time

Imax Xtreme:
cardio and compound weights from Cardio & Weights +two Imax2 intervals in a row. Then repeat this pattern 4 times doing different exercises each time.

The Viper:
one cardio section from Cardio & Weights + one Imax2 interval + two or three Muscle Endurance upper body heavy weights Then repeat this pattern 4 times doing different exercises each time.

 


The Intensity Series - Vol. #1  

 

The Intensity Series Volume 1 contains two brand new Cathe workouts, Imax 2 and Cardio & Weights + a Bonus Combo featuring all the step sections (5 minutes each) from Cardio & Weights linked together to give you a mini step routine that can be done on days when you are short for time.

Imax 2:
Imax 2.....Get ready to kick it up a notch with this super tough step workout designed to burn body fat, break through fitness plateaus, and increase your overall aerobic capacity.  You'll push your cardiovascular limits as you step, leap, and jump your way through a mix of aerobic and anaerobic bursts.  If you are ready to be put to the test, this workout awaits you!...

Equipment needed: a step bench

1) Interval 1-5  (includes warm up and stretch)

Cardio & Weights:
Cardio and Weights.....Designed to burn body fat and shape your muscles, this circuit workout takes you through cycles of step aerobics and weight training.  Each cardio cycle consists of step aerobics and concludes with a mini leg burst to strengthen the lower body.  Each strength training cycle focuses on the muscle groups of the upper body.  You'll conclude with a refreshing mix of traditional and nontraditional abs/core work and a relaxing stretch.

Equipment needed: a step bench, a barbell, various weighted dumbbells

The Intensity Series - Vol. #2  

The Intensity Series Volume 2 contains two brand new Cathe workouts, Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance + a Bonus Combo.

Boot Camp:
Boot Camp......Hang on to your hats because there is literally not a minute to waste in this head to toe fitness workout.   With every 60 seconds that tick by, youíll be jumping, pumping, pushing, and crunching your way to a fitter you.   We won't promise any fancy military talk here, but we will promise a fancy military press ....did somebody say "terminators", yikes!   Load up, lace up, and let's go! 

 Equipment needed: a 14 inch tall bench, a barbell, various weighted dumbbells, and a medicine ball (we will use an 8 pound medicine ball)

PreMix Combos:
We've included 8 Premix Combos with this workout, including:

1) Cardio Only
2) Core Only
3) Kickbox Only
4) Upper Body Only
5) Lower Body Only
6) Lower and Upper Body Only
7) Cardio and Lower Body Only
8) Everything but core

Muscle Endurance:
This high rep, total body conditioning workout not only increases functional fitness gains, but it promotes nicely shaped and defined muscles. You'll experience maximum muscular endurance gains along with strength gains as you challenge each of the major muscle groups through a wide variety of exercises. Do this workout one to three times per week and you'll soon enjoy the benefits of improved posture, increased bone density, and an overall healthy, happier you.

Equipment needed: A step bench, barbell, various weighted dumbbells, and a medicine ball (we will use an 8 pound medicine ball)

1) Express Workout (a shorter version that is only around 50 mins.)
2) Legg Press ( just the three leg press cycles)
3) Lower Body Split ( just the lower body exercises)

The Intensity Series Volume 3 contains two brand new Cathe workouts for those who like heavy weights: Pyramid Method Upper Body Split and Pyramid Method Lower Body Split  + a Bonus Combo.

Pyramid Method Upper Body Split:
Designed to increase lean muscle mass, shape, and sculpt the upper body, this upper body workout focuses on the full pyramid system as well as super sets to maximize your potential. As an added bonus, a mix of traditional and non-traditional ab and core work is included with the stability ball to promote better posture and help decrease common back pain associated with poor posture.

PreMix Combos:
We've included 2 Premix Combos with this workout, including:

1) Pyramid Up only (3 sets each exercise)
2) Pyramid Down only (3 sets each exercise)
 

Equipment needed: a step bench, barbell, various weighted dumbbells, and a stability ball.

Pyramid Method Lower Body Split:
Designed to increase lean muscle mass, shape, and sculpt your legs, this lower body weight training program focuses on the full pyramid system as well as super sets to maximize your potential. As an added bonus, the workout is divided into two parts (standing work and floorwork) which conveniently lends itself to be done on different days if preferred.  Also, the floorwork will incorporate the use of a stability ball and ankle weights to uniquely challenge your muscles in new ways.

PreMix Combos:
We've included 2 Premix Combos with this workout, including:

1) Pyramid Up only (3 sets each exercise)
2) Pyramid Down only (3 sets each exercise)

  Equipment needed:  a tall bench, barbell, various weighted dumbbells, stability ball, and ankle weights (we will use five pound ankle weights).

Bonus Combo :
The bonus premix combo for this workout is a mix of both upper and lower body workouts creating a 1 hour total body workout.
