At 22 years of age, fitness has
always been a big part of my life. I started off in the martial arts and
earned a 2nd degree black belt. After receiving a black belt I got
certified in cardio kickboxing and advanced cardio kickboxing through the
National Association of Professional Martial Artist. Hungry for more
knowledge, I 'm also certified through Future Fit personal training. I
have been personal training for about three years now.

In preparation for the video I
stayed with my normal workout schedule and just switched up the reps of
each exercise to higher reps or a specific time length on each set. For
example, in my normal workout I would bench press 8 to 12 reps. For video
prep, I would bench press 20 to 25 reps or 1 minute of reps which was how
long a rep session would last in the Boot Camp workout. I enjoyed being
in the Boot Camp video because the different exercise forms and equipment
kept it exciting and motivating.
