I am thirty four years young. Along with my wife Jaishree (also in the Boot Camp video). We own and operate a contemporary seafood restaurant, the Pelican Fish Company. Though the restaurant business is demanding we are able to sleep in a little, workout together in the mornings, and do cool things like being in Cathe's video.

I will usually workout for approximately one and a half hours every other day. I will do thirty minutes of cardio such as running three miles on a treadmill or eliptical machine. Then I will circuit weight train while concentrating on two body parts. I use light weight "sixty percent of my  max" with high repetition "twelve to twenty" with less than sixty second rest between sets. Other days I will take a class like Cathe's kickboxing which gets my core work and cardio all in one. On those days, I will train a small body part, like biceps or calves.

To get ready for the video I dropped about ten pounds in four weeks. I did that by curtailing my carbohydrates and reducing my meal size. I got my weight down to what it was when I was in high school. I had a lot of fun shooting the video. Everyone was very positive and friendly. It was cool being treated like a star even if only for a day. I would like to thank Cathe for including me in such an exciting project.
